The city became important as early as 11th Dynasty, when the town grew into a thriving city, renowned for its high social status and luxury, but also as a center for wisdom, art and religios supremacy. The statues in the museum are great and no words could describe them. People just have to go there and see the sights of beautiful Luxor. Image Detail Visitors could come and spent a few days around the incredible museum and around the river which is the second longest river in the world.
