Plitvice Lakes Croatia

The National Park Plitvice Lakes is located near the Lika  between the mountains of Mala Kapela and Licke Pljesvice.

 

The region is declared as National Park 1949 year. The river Korana has formed 20 lakes and some of the beautiful waterfalls. In 1979 the UNESCO declared Plitvicka Lakes as one of the beauties park in the World. Its visitors could enjoy the high level of flora and fauna at any time of the year. The National Park has many species of birds, wild cats and roe deer.

 There is a legend about this National Park. They used to call this place "Evil Place" because of its history. This was a desert long time ago, and people were desperate for the rain. They were praying every day for rain and "Black Queen" came and brought a rain storm with her. It was raining until the rain formed the lakes.

Hello everyone, welcome to my blog. My name is Danica Markovic and I am currently enrolled in a course that requires me to create numerous posts about a subject of my choosing. 

Summer is right around the corner and I assumed that many people will be interested in having a vacation with their family, friends, or significant others. My desire is to create a blog which will provide you plenty useful information about the certain destinations. I will offer you places from all over the World, starting from Africa, Asia, Europe and America. Those destinations will not be the exotic ones, since the economic crisis is grater that in past few years, so I will base everything on low-cost but still interesting. If the price is not high like people would expect, that doesn’t mean that the place is not good or it is not well organized. It is the matter of the country, religion and period of time. It is well known that “early” vacation should cost less money than ones in the middle of summer. This blog will have role to attract all people no matter what gender or age. Since I will be visiting the blog three times a week, I will be posting each day different location with its own description, price, and sights. Each destination will have price for visiting sights in the certain city. My example would be Egypt, where people could go to Cairo to see the pyramids. I would be posting many pictures of the daily destination which you could use to determine whether they like it or not, and that way, you wouldn’t have to use your imagination. I will as well rate every destination with a star rating system, ranging from 1 to 5 stars. I will have a comment box where everyone could leave comments, suggestions, and questions. I would like to see many posts and comments from you in order to improve my blog. That means that any suggestion or feedback from you could help and I would be more than happy to change the blog in the way you want.
